The Peace in Mind Project is a 10 part radio series which explores the field of Peace Psychology.
Peace psychology covers a wide range of activities from the individual to societal in breadth. It can include research into how and why people come into conflict, whether that be interpersonal conflict, conflict with governments and institutions, or between nations or people such as in war and genocide.
Human beings have a long history of conflicts and wars. In recent years psychologists and people interested in resolving conflicts peacefully have made great strides in understanding the nature of human conflict, from the biology that underlies it to it.
